About tricylerides
I have 203 mg triclylerides, is it normal or high and my vitamin d levels are only 12mg/ml... I want to know about this

Yours trygliceride level is high (it should be within 150).and vit d should be above 30..as off now u have  to take vit d supplement. Try to avoid fatty, oily, foods.. Do regular exercise.. Especially 8 shape walk is very beneficial for all  the  disease..
