Hi , I am very sorry for the trouble you are having. It is my opinion that you should rule out any vitamin deficiency and thyroid dysfunction, Hb levels. They could be responsible for lack of conc, fatigue, low mood, etc. also you need to visit a psychiatrist at the earliest to rule out any depression and anxiety disorder. They can also guide you on coping skills and behavior therapy.

Firstly congrats on being a Dentist. About your problem, I suggest its important to have people management skills besides having just dental problem solving skills. If you are feeling offended by remarks made by people around, then first you need to figure out if there are any inferiority complexes existing within you which first need to be sorted by proper psychotherapy. This I say because if you are carrying any emotional baggage due to some emotional trauma (recent or past) or inferiority complexes then even slightest of negative comment from around may generate an amplified negative reaction within you. By consulting a mental health practitioner you will be able to figure out if there are any unresolved emotional issues which you need to work out first. The earlier you sort it the better for your career development. Incase if you don’t have any unresolved inferiority complexes or emotional trauma then I suggest you take the current situation as an opportunity to learn ‘people management skills’, by training yourself in Assertiveness Management. Sooner you skilfully deal with difficult people in your life, the earlier you will be a successful Doctor. Best wishes and Stay Positive!
Next Steps
Consult a Psychotherapist & resolve emotional issues, if any.
