About the hair loss medication

Sir, i hv been prescribed the finax tablet for my receding hairline n hair thining, but i hv read that there are side effects to these medication such as impotency and also professionals state that the hair that grows during the medication falls out after we stop it then ehat is point of taking medications anyway, we cannot take them forever, can we!
