Better not to take together,cheston already has 325mg of paracetamol .If your fever still persists then you can take a paracetamol with a gap of 6 hours .

U can but cheston cold already has a small dose of paracetamol in it.. if fever is persistent . U can additionally take paracetamol 500mg sos
