hello.
both medicine belong to same group of antibiotic ie Cephalosporins.
its better you use either of them.
I would suggest use Gudcef 200 mg ( Cefpodoxime, generic name ) x 12 hrly x 7 days .
good for UTI.
or continue with Cifexim 200 mg x 12 hrly but dont mix 2 antibiotics. ie cifexim and cefpodoxime . both are broad spectrum antibiotics.
Sore throat is mostly viral so doesnt need seperate antibiotic as you are already taking Cifixime.
not harmful in lactation per se and at 6 months baby must be on semi solids so better to reduce frequency of breast feed.
