I have headache for continuosly 2 days,I consulted the eye doctor,he told me the eye muscles are low ,so he prescribed me tablet and drops ,I have doubt in that tablet .I attached the tablet below , please tell me let I have follow the tablet?

It's antioxidant. You can take it, no issues. But please do convergence exercise for muscle weakness

There is no harm in the tablets as they are antioxidants for the retina.
For weak eye muscles, you can do convergence exercises.
