I have two lenses one of -3 and another for-4. And my left eye is more weak which lense I used in left eye.

Logic says the minus 4 would be worn in your “weaker” eye; however it would be best to double check with the person who gave you the lenses which eye each is worn . Then always put the lens on removal in the correct box marked right and left . If you are wearing daily disposable, write with pen on each lens R and L for right and left so there is no confusion.
