You should always apply your Sunscreen indoors and outdoors every 4 hrs to protect it from sunlight and blue light. Sunscreen you apply should suit your skin type. For further queries you can contact us for an appointment and visit our clinic

Apply at around 10 am if you're in a low latitude area. If you are in a hilly area, start even by 9am. Apply 3 hourly till 3 to 4 pm
