I am 30 year old my left ear side a little whole. Befire 20 year synus opreation that whole. Presently same ear came a sound ., head haviness , feeling cold., chest cokd, fevar please tell me about this

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I think you mean there is a HOLE and not a WHOLE. There is a difference. You can take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for fever and pains. For other things get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
