Can CT pns able to detact black fungas?? I have done it 3 days ago and its appear normal(Mild DNS) .. I have a post covid patient(26 days) my symtoms eyeache, headache, eye area pain.. can anyone tell me what i need to do next pls..pls..

Ct can detect provided infection is severe wont detect mild case . .. u can wait and see for any worsening of symptoms or new symptoms ...
Any nasal bleed or blackish discharge be vigilant and meet an ent for an endoscopic test ...

CT PNS can differentiate between a regular sinus inflammation and fungal sinusitis, but only a KoH preparation slide from the fungal debris removed from the sinuses after nasal surgery can help the Pathologist/Microbiologist differentiate the different fungi present there.
