About periods
Hello Doctor, My friend is 22 years old. Her  last proper period was on 2 December 2025. From 24 December to around 2 January she  had light spotting (not heavy like period). Now again she have light red spotting with very mild lower abdominal pain. She have no sexual activity. Her  cycles are usually regular (±5–7 days). Please tell me if this is due to hormonal imbalance and whether she need any tests or treatment.
