About Now foods gluten enzymes

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I m taking now foods gluten enzymes containing Dpp-iv enzyme.I know I am gluten intolerant because I feel sluggish all the time,bloating,gas after eating chapati.Also at night I am on prescribed escitalent 10 mg antidepressant. So Is it safe to take both?
