Hello there I can understand how concerning it should be for you as a parent to see abnormal reports of your baby. You should understand that it depends on how low the values are and otherwise how the child is clinically. A few questions I would like to clarify If the child was exclusively breastfed uptodate? 6 months completed or just started? If completed have you started complimentary feeds? If so what have you started? Before starting Beetroot i would like you to know the cause for iron deficiency in your child! So a few more tests I would recommend.
Next Steps
kindly consult a qualified pediatrician either in person or via online video consult with reports

You can add chicken/mutton/ fish like rohu/ whole eggs to her diet. These have best absorption. Also green leafy vegetables/ jaggery/ ragi/ dates/ raisins have good iron content. Squeeze lemon (vitaminC) into her meals for good iron absorption. Avoid more than 500 ml milk per day. Separate meal time from milk by at least 2-3 hours. Deworm her every 3-6 months. Also she should ideally be taking iron supplements on alternate days or even more depending on her iron level.

Greetings For a 2.5-year-old with low iron, you can offer small amounts of beetroot juice, but it is more effective to prioritize iron-rich foods like lean meats, beans, and fortified cereals paired with Vitamin C to boost absorption, and you should always consult her pediatrician to determine if a supplement is necessary.
Next Steps
kindly check the hb level
