About mild deviated bony nasal septum
Hi i am suffering from breathlessness and dry throat and post nasal dip doctor suggest me to do ct scan
Report is:
1) Mild mucous thickening in right frontal sinus and right fronto-ethmoid recess.
2) mildly deviated nasal septum to left with prominent left-sided septal spur abutting the left inferior turbinate.
They suggest me septoplasty any other option is their without surgery?

U can try appropriate medical therapy before surgery. Saline nasal douchings, put pich of salt and pinch of soda in 200 ml water and douche ua both nasal cavity with the solution. Take Tablet mucinac mixed in one glass of water twice a day. Tablet augmentin 625 mg twice a day.
