About mild deviated bony nasal septum
Hi i am suffering from breathlessness and dry throat and post nasal dip doctor suggest me to do ct scan Report is: 1) Mild mucous thickening in right frontal sinus and right fronto-ethmoid recess. 2) mildly deviated nasal septum to left with prominent left-sided septal spur abutting the left inferior turbinate. They suggest me septoplasty any other option is their without surgery?
