Hii I am 20 years old girl and I am feeling so anxious and stress .bec recently I got so many heartbreak from my friends .they leave me with mere mistake or misunderstanding and even my partner doesn't help me in this Bec he doesn't know what to do in this case.and I can't forget all this and can't move on . Getting slower in daily life and just tired all the day.. having pain in chest and head and even in all the body.. sometimes I didn't sleep for an hour or sleep whole the day. All the past memories of mine just come again with this truama and I can't move on...what to do now ? I am really feel helpless with me..my studies are also effected
