Hi Sir,

You are suffering from androgenetic alopecia. Its a good lotion. Continue it as long as you want to maintain your hair. However please remember that its an ongoing process and once you stop the treatment, baldness will progress. It depends on your genetics, how severe will be your baldness. In future you can opt for hair transplant for more permanent results.
