Imn24vyrs male Hb 13.2,mch 26 ,mchc 28 will this show iron deficiency ,will this cause temp variation 98-99.4,urine analysis normal ,earlier from 4 mnths it is variation btn 98-99.8 during 1stmntth widal 1:160 temp same antiboitics taken 14 days then widal normal then from april onward same variation 98-99.8,if went outside and check temp it is 99.2-99.4 if taken rest it is 99 ,previously went for exam after coming home check temp 99.8 after 30 min it is 99,vit b12 normal vit d3 30.2pg/m taking vit d3 60k ,I'm vegetarian from 2yrs ,thyroid normal,us abd normal,chest x-ray clear,what is reason for fluctuations
