Asked for Male, 54 Years

I noticed bilrubin of 1.7 in my LFT after one repeat it it came 1.2 I used silymarine tablet... after I also took ultrasound of abdomen it shows grade 1 fatty liver...why was it not reflecting in lft in sgot and sgpt now it taking evion tablet ...what is flow up I should do
