I have been suffering from more and intense dreams since one year which causing awakening in the middle of the sleep usually in the early morning. Experiencing Restlessness, recently gastric problem with heart burn in the morning awakening.

There must be some event associated with your dreams and hence u get it repeatedly. Either you have something to resolve or something that is disturbing. Try to do self introspection and then work for the same.
