Asked for Female, 23 Years

My height is 5 inches, iwant to increase my height at least 5 inches and another big problem is i had sex with a person when i was in 17 yrs old this was the main problem of my height distrubence now i'm 23yrs old, working as an employee & recently i was started using Ashwagandha tablets along with milk. Does Ashwagandha medicine will increase my height.Please suggest sir/madam or otherwise please which way is better to increase my height.

Sorry to say that agewise it is a bit late to grow taller than you are. Ashvagandha is useful as a general tonic. Not much harm in taking it. But it won't make a difference to your height now.
