Hi i am 23 is there any treatment that can solve this problem permanently and what is the success ratio of treatment available like laser surgery.i want to kill them forever.i am losing my confidence and sleep because of these spots please suggest i have these spots on my lips and genital area

Greetings! RF ablation or preferable - CO2 laser ablation can be done with reasonably good results. In some patients mild recurrences may be seen. But most importantly you need to understand - that these are normal - and do not necessarily need to be treated - so you shouldn't be losing your sleep over it / u r perfectly normal if u have these spots.
