About Dry skin on face

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Sir my skin was really good and glowing . But without knowing I used a harsh soap which caused my skin to dry out on face . From that time iam having very dry tightened and itchy skin. My only question is can we really get rid of the dry skin and get back our original glowing skin or not . Plz tell me whether we can completely remove dry skin
