I have a 13-month-old daughter. She has diarrhoea and she has a  slight fever of 98 degrees. She is not taking ORS. What can I feed her or what medicine can I give her?

Give dal water , coconut water , normal water also . Give enterogermina respules 1 ml twice daily for 3 days
