Hi my age is 24 and I am doing job recently I did a crash diet and took blood test in that reports my blood sugar are 6 . In my family my grandma is having diabetes and also we look hefty . Can I eat cup of watermelon per day as my blood sugars are at border I shouldn't prefer melons pls clarify it and also am I having any chances for diabetes

Your sugars are already in prediabetic range. Being overweight and having family h/o diabetes you are at high risk of Diabetes. Weight loss and regular exercise would be helpful. Water melon has a high glycemic index but low glycemic load. You can have it in limited quantity.
