My baby is 4 month old weight 5.1 kg. He passes stool likethis . Breastfeeding baby. Yellow stool with green particles. Whaat is this and wat can I do for this. He s passing stool after feeding for d past two days

This is supposed to be the normal consistency of infants poop. If baby is was passing similar amount and type of stool like before. He is sleeping well passing urine and actively feed them okay.

If the baby is active and feeding well..passing urine more than 3-4 times in a day...then it's completely fine.
