Is low dosage medicine regarding body weight affect the symptoms of mediastinal lymph node tuberculosis? My weight is 77 kg,having AKT4 for 15days but having fever every afternoon from 2pm to 10pm nd after starting the medicine fever goes upto 101.7 earlyer it was 99.5 to 100. Is this normal? Or I'm on wrong treatment. Please help me 🙏 what would be proper medicine for me.

ATT are given as per body weight. AKT-4 is gud but you need proper doses as your weight is very much ... should be given higher doses.

Pl take Att as per weight. Symptoms will increase for 15 to 30 days,after Att.Nothing to worry. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
