If I have stage 2 fibrosis and fatty liver but normal sgpt and sgot level can AKURIT 4 will have some side effect like symptoms increased more like more fever more cough?

You have to take AKRUIT 4 for TB. Since your LFT is normal it’s unlikely that you’ll have any adverse effect of ATT. However it’s better to take these medicines under supervision of a pulmonologist as these drugs do have liver toxicity

No unlikely that it will cause fever and cough.
The chances of rise in liver enzymes increases if there is fibrosis and fatty liver.
