Thanks for raising concerned Q on right platform. Hopefully you ayurveda Dr missed to share in 20ml dose of Arishtham (Asav/Arishtham/kwath kada I.e. self generated Alcohol) less than 2gm sugar/jaggery so relax and as it's usually prior or after food so it won't shoot sugar in blood if still have uncontrolled diabetes then it demands different approach or tab also available of same formulation.
