Hi sir last time my ent prescribed amox 625 I was having pharangytis after taking five days course still I was not well after that he changed the antibiotic zifi cv 200 And again I got pharangytis this month local doctor prescribed Azithromycin 500 Again i consult ent dr said Azithromycin will not work proper for pharangytis I am confused what to do Which one is better antibiotics For pharangytis tonsil Amox cv zifi cv 200 Azithromycin 500 Plz help me with ur valuable answer thanks

First we have to know the cause of pharyngitis and treat it.it can be due to caries teeth,GERD,sinusitis with postnasal discharge.once consult the doctors related to these if your ent doctor is not looking for these.

you can use pantopn with domperidone once a day,salt water throat gargles 3 to 4 times a day gargling.but rule out above and then identify the cause
