Abortion on 5th week by taking medicine
I had one abortion 5 months back by taking abortion pills prescribed by a gynaecologist. Abortion was done on 5th week of pregnancy . Post abortion I had undergone ultrasound to check the same. In the report it was found there are no RPOC and hence all clear. It means abortion was successfully done by medicine without any complications. In this case is there any chance still this abortion will cause tube blockage ? Tube blockage happen due to infection. As there are NO RPOC means, no infection that is what I understand. Please advice if any chance of tube blockage by abortion done by medicine?

no RPOC means no products of conception or pregnancy left. Not a marker of infection. Symptoms of infection are different.
And it is not possible say whether the abortion has caused tubal block or not. Usually it dosent.
