You need to start tab folvite 5 mg once daily at bedtime..
Hv high protein diet.
continue thyroid medication.
Antenatal investigation and ultrasound needs to be done as well.

If it's an early pregnancy, u may opt for medical abortion. Continue with Ur thyroid medication..an ultrasound prior is needed..
