Abnormally high CRP & ESR
My wife has delivered a baby girl earlier this year. Since, then she has fallen sick very frequently with symptoms like high fever, body ache etc. In Blood test of my wife, CRP has been observed abnormally high, antibiotics given, fever gone and she has stared feeling normal(CRP not tested again).
After 15-20days she again fell sick and on recommendation of a physician, blood test has been done today, highlights of the test results are-
CRP-63.44
ESR-90
Malaria Parasite- Negative
Widal-1:40 (O&H both)
Please suggest the onward course of medication for permanent cure. Why she is falling sick so frequently and why the value of CRP is not coming down and what is the impact of high ESR ???
