Abnormal semen report
31y/unmarried bilateral grade4 vericocele I have done 3 semen analysis in 3 weeks Semen Analysis – Summary 18-12-2025 (2ml, 12 mil/ml, PR 20%, morphology 2%) 26-12-2025 (3.7ml, 68 mil/ml, PR 37%, morphology 8%, leukocytes 2–4/HPF). 31-12-2025 (3.1ml, 32 mil/ml, PR ~19%, morphology 3%, high leukocytes 16-18) Pseudomonas aeruginosa 10,000 cfu in semen culture - is this high and reason for motility and morphology issue? 3 months back Pseudomonas aeruginosa 1000 cfu in urine.please tell infection or vericocele which is causing the problem. Is infection a problem in fertility?
