Abnormal Rise Of Albumin In UACR Test
The level of albumin in my recent UACR test done on September came 0.6 mg/dl higher than the upper normal limit of the lab's reference range. However, the levels of urinary creatinine & acr came within the normal limits The levels of albumin, creatinine & acr came well within normal limits in the previous tests done on June,July & August What might be the reason of such sudden spike in albumin level within a month ? Tested from two different labs with the same urine as sample. So,no chance of reports being false positive Does it indicate early kidney disease ? Is it something serious & alarming ?

No as we have discussed earlier that albuminuria varies throughout the day and increases with excercise, fever and increased protein intake

this needs to confirmed with 24 hour urine and protein if this is abnormal then you need to evaluate and take treatment
