Abnormal period pain. Over there.

I'm having periods since yesterday. I suffer a lot of pain in the pelvic area, in vaginal opening,in the feet, back pain, pain in lower abdomen, labia majora and clitoris pain too. During release of blood clots my vaginal opening and pelvic area shivers and pains like hell. I cannot stand for a long cannot sit properly cannot ever sleep. I usually have 2 days period and in the 2nd day the flow reduces significantly. I have also tried of doing se, with my bf but instead of giving pleasure it gives me tremendous pain and after completion my back hurts like hell. And my labia minora gets swollen sometimes anytime during the month. I'm also facing headache and a lot of mood swings and feels like talking with no one. And before the commencement of my period my face and upper part of neck gets covered with acne. Please suggest me proper treatment and diagnosis. I have done 2-3 time USG too but nothing was diagnosed over there.
