Phenytoin does cause liver toxicity. Can help you, just provide details as to duration of taking phenytoin? Dose? For what kind of seizures you are taking it,? Meanwhile stop phenytoin. You can take tab prednisone 20mg one in morning for a week. Then instead of phenytoin some other tablet can be started.
