Abnormal level of vitamin d, b12 & Img-E
Hi, I am 23 years male student. I had an eye lasik operation 10 days back and was told to have 3 blood test for post operation healing process. The results are 1) Vitamin B12 assay - 104pg/ml 2) Vitamin D total - 8 ng/ml 3) Immunoglobulin-E - 991 IU/ml. My question is 1)Please suggest me some ways to bring down these to normal reading levels. can it be correct through changing diet plan or medicine is the only option. 2) Regarding the 3rd test - It shows that I am highly allergic to some thing but I couldn't find out anything. What to do? Thanks

Hello, Take tabelts of vit D and B12 to correct the levels after consulting. For allergies, keep track of food that you eat and notice the symptoms.
