Hello, this can happen when there is dietary & lifestyle issues. High Ldl & low Hdl is a cardiac risk so needs to be addressed but no need to panic. It can be completely cured with Homoeopathy medicines. Improve low HDL by including healthy fats like nuts, seeds & fatty fish in your diet. Reduce LDL by reducing fatty & oily foods or deep fried foods, outside food, high carb diet like lot of rottis & rice. Include more fiber in your routine - like lot of vegetables & fruits too. You have nothing serious to worry But definitely take steps. Homoeopathy medicine can balance these levels & can reduce any future risk too. To know more and for any other concern you can call us or reach us online.

Elevated LDL, total, and non-HDL cholesterol increase cardiovascular risk. In Homeopathy, remedies like Cholesterinum, Crataegus oxyacantha, and Allium sativum and some other specific medicines will be considered. However, diet control, exercise, and regular monitoring are essential; severe cases may need conventional treatment.
Next Steps
go for homeopathic treatment

Hi, thank you for sharing your reports — I understand your concern, but don’t worry, this is very manageable and reversible at your age with the right approach I have carefully reviewed your reports. Your LDL (bad cholesterol) is slightly high (131) and your HDL (good cholesterol) is quite low (23.7), which is more important to correct. Also, your cholesterol ratios are on the higher side, which indicates a tendency toward future heart risk if not addressed early. Additionally, your liver enzymes (SGOT, SGPT) are mildly elevated, suggesting a slight liver stress or metabolic imbalance. The good news is — at 27 years, this is usually due to lifestyle factors like diet, stress, lack of exercise, or metabolism, and not a permanent disease. With proper treatment and correction, these values can come back to normal. In my practice, I approach such cases with individualized homeopathic treatment, which helps to: Improve lipid metabolism naturally Increase good cholesterol (HDL) Reduce bad cholesterol (LDL) Support liver function and detox balance, Improve overall energy and long-term heart health Along with treatment, I also guide you on simple diet and lifestyle corrections tailored to your routine, so results are more stable and long-lasting. Since every person’s metabolism and body response is different, I would suggest a detailed case evaluation (diet, sleep, stress, family history, activity level, etc.) before starting treatment. You are at the best stage to reverse this completely and prevent future complications. Feel free to connect with me for a proper consultation and guidance. Hai, Your total cholesterol level is normal. Your LDL( bad cholestrol ) is slightly raised and its in borderline. HDL ( good cholestrol) is in lower limit. In Liver function test, SGOT and SGPT is slightly raised suggesting Fatty liver. Do regular exercises atleast for 20 minutes daily and take healty diet ( avoid fatty food, include protein and fibre rich food ). Taking Homoeopathy will arrest further progress of your disease and you will be in controlled state.

Aapko roz kam se kam 30–40 minute physical activity karni chahiye, jaise tez chalna (brisk walking), cycling, ya halka jogging. Regular exercise karne se body me HDL (good cholesterol) badhta hai aur heart ki bimariyon ka risk kam hota hai. Koshish karein ki hafte me kam se kam 5 din exercise zaroor karein. Agar ek baar me 30 minute mushkil ho to ise 15-15 minute ke 2 session me bhi kar sakte hain. Iske saath tel-masale aur junk food kam karein, aur weight control me rakhein, isse HDL aur improve hota hai.

Hello there, if you will take test of 50 apparently healthy individuals, their reports will also show some levels higher. Today's lifestyle and dietary patterns are responsible for this. Though it is not a matter of panic but one should always try to have healthier options in diet and lifestyle. I think it is not some ticket science and we all know what to eat and what not to. And also the same about sleep, exercise, healthy habits, avoid addictive things etc. If you follow even half of the above your major problems might be solved. Still if you want detailed and proper advice then feel free to consult online.
