Hello, From your report (↑LDL, ↓HDL, mildly abnormal LFT), it suggests early lipid imbalance with mild liver stress, commonly seen in lifestyle-related conditions. Ayurvedic View This is linked with Agni imbalance and liver dysfunction. With Ayurvedic medicines, diet correction, and lifestyle changes, both cholesterol and liver parameters can be improved naturally.
Next Steps
take personalized consultation for proper treatment plan. You can consult me online on Apollo 24/7.

Hello, Through th reports we do get an idea about your liver function, but it is an incomplete picture.
Next Steps
I would advice you to have a proper consultation in which all your issues are discussed. After which a detailed lifestyle and diet plan can be advice, if need be some medicines and supplements too. Follow the advice for a minimum of 2 months after which reports can be repeated.
Health Tips
You may start with simple food habit changes like adding more freshly prepared meals. And timely consumption of food is important. Simple breath work like nadi Shodhana pranayam along will help you de stress a little.  Please consult for more details.

Thank you for sharing the reports. I have reviewed them carefully. Let me give you a clear picture. Main concerns in her report: ∙ SGOT 38.5 & SGPT 47.1 — mildly elevated, indicating mild liver stress ∙ Direct Bilirubin 0.48 — slightly high, liver needs support ∙ LDL 131.44 — borderline high ∙ HDL 23.70 — this is the most concerning finding. HDL (good cholesterol) is very low — increases cardiac risk significantly ∙ Total Cholesterol/HDL ratio 7.30 — high risk range Good news — Total cholesterol and triglycerides are normal. This is manageable. The real focus should be raising HDL and supporting liver. Simple home remedies: ∙ Raw garlic + warm water every morning empty stomach ∙ Bhumi Amla or Giloy juice — for liver enzymes, very effective ∙ Flaxseeds + walnuts daily — naturally raise HDL ∙ Mustard oil or pure ghee in small quantity — better than refined oils Strictly avoid: ∙ Refined oil, maida, sugar, packaged food ∙ Late night meals Given she is already on thyroid and BP medicines, a proper in-person consultation is important before adding any Ayurvedic medicine to avoid interactions.

Your report suggests lipid abnormalities , if you are not having any others medical history like DM then you should first practice diet and lifestyle management before pharmacological management 1. Reduce saturated and trans fat intake     Leave smoking if your having    Cut excess refined carbohydrates    Increase fibre rich diet and nuts (almond , walnuts) 2. Exercise daily - walking for 30 to 40 min     Maintain healthy body weight    Have a good sleep    Stop smoking and alcohol Repeat the blood test after 1 month

Your reports are close to normal, which is reassuring. However, it would have been even better if you had shared your personal complaints, because in Ayurveda we focus on treating the patient, not just the reports. Many people may show similar findings like increased cholesterol, but the real question is—what is the underlying cause? It could be stress, which can weaken your digestive fire (Agni), affect metabolism, and even lead to weight fluctuations. So instead of only looking at numbers, we work on correcting the root cause. For now, I would suggest a few simple steps: 1. Walk daily 2. Avoid meals after 7 PM 3. Start practicing Anulom Vilom and Omkar regularly These small changes can make a significant difference when followed consistently.
Next Steps
Book your one to one personal appointment so that we can together understand the condition better and work toward solutions
