Abnormal B12, lymphocytes, ESR level
My wife (F, 30) had a routine health checkup. She has the PCOS and hypothyroidism. Most values were normal, but some are abnormal or borderline: Vitamin B12: 1143 pg/mL (not on B12 supplements) Lymphocytes: 45.9% ALT: 62.01 U/L AST: 45.8 U/L ESR: 30 mm/hr TSH: 8.56 µIU/mL Hemoglobin: 12.7 g/dL LDL: 131.99 mg/dL | Total Cholesterol: 219 mg/dL We're unsure which findings need follow-up or further testing. Could high B12 be linked to liver values? Does the thyroid/liver/lipid data suggest anything systemic? We’d really appreciate guidance on what to investigate further or if any specialist consult is needed. In hypothyroidism,  n dislipidemia b12 may be like this, as in my case but now it's normal  and I'm under cardiologist  she said not to worry.  Now it's normal for me but but d3 is drastically high. As per my cardiologist  it's nothing to  worry some.
