Abdominal wall lump of my mother 49 yrs
My mother has hypoechoic superficial abdominal wall lump and hb level 5. Biopsy is not done. Which speciality should we consult...we are taking her to bigger hospital.. gastroenterology or oncology..kindly advise.

She needs blood transfusion as her haemoglobin is too low. Go to a hospital for the same. Take a consultation for lump evaluation

You should take her to a Surgeon, get a biopsy done and admitted to evaluate for severe anaemia. Blood transfusion is needed for her.
Once biopsy report is available and is suggestive of cancer only then you need to meet oncology. Hope there is nothing adverse 🤞
