Abdominal tuberculosis
My histopathological report for tuberculosis (ultrasound guided biopsy) is negative but my CT scan says enlraged lymph node and tuberculosis. I am on att for more then three months but still don't feel any improvement .my abdominal pain( severe pain in upper abdomen ) episodes are worst then before. Can it be something else .my test (biopsy)was negative for cancer. Buscopan injection does not work on my pain. Only after Tramadol I feel better. What can be reason behind that much severe pain. Please suggest me which test can confirm why having this severe pain.someone told me capsule endoscopy.

CT scan cannot say TB. Tissue needs to be used for histopathological examination. capsule endoscopy may be done. If it does not show any abnormality then laparoscopic removal of lymph nodes with histopathological exam will answer your queries.
