Hi. My nephew has severe abdominal pain around umblicus past 2 days and developed skin rashes all over body today. He has got ultrasound abdomen done and shows multiple mesenteric lymphadenitis, biggest one being 7mm in size. His WBC counts is 14,400/mm³. No analgesics is helping him more than 1hr of relief in pain. I have tried Drotin, meftal spas, cyclopam, paracetamol.

As pain is severe, please consult a senior pediatrician. Mesenteric lymph nodes less than 10mm are not a reason for worry. Wbc count is also acceptable upto 15000. But pain and rash has to be watched carefully
