These mesenteric lymph nodes are sub-centrimetric which means that it is less worrisome. It is very common due to bizzare eating habits like spicy foods , junk foods and less intake of water. Plus the child also has constipation which also leads to the same. It is very important to treat constipation because of child is suffering from impaction of stools then child will have pain due to mechanical causes.so untill and unless constipation is treated, the pain will take time to heal.
Next Steps
increase fibre intake
salads
stop junk food
stop spicy and fried foods
increased water intake
fruits preferred over fruit juices
fixed toilet timings and training
These subcentric lymph nodes can be found commonly in children, you need to avoid junk food totally, adopt a healthy eating habits for the child, treat constipation as per your doctor’s advise. And mild infection to be treated with antibiotics
