Abdominal pain not go away

Asked for Male, 6 Years

My 6 yr boy having abdominal pain and vomiting from last Six days. His Blood test and Ultrasound reports are normal. He is unable to sit properly becouse pain increase that time, when we feed him that time pain increase. He barely to eat. He feel regular pain whole time. Kindly suggest

Blood report is normal. Ultrasound shows mesenteric lymphadenopathy. I suggest urine and stool test also. Also Mantauex test to rule out tuberculosis. Give him Albendazole tablet for worms. Lansoperazole kid daily Metronidazole syrup 200 mg 3 times for 5 days If everything fails, accept situation Because sometimes nothing can be done.

Hi. Blood test is normal. Ultrasound shows mesenteric lymphadenitis. This will take 2-3 weeks to resolve. So give Cyclopam for pain.
