  4. Abdominal pain. What's wrong with me. ?

I am having abdominal pain and lower back pain even my periods are over.. I am diagnosed with PCOS. The pain is sometimes too sharp.. Like a stab with knife.. Abdominal pain is mostly accompanied left leg pain plus Headache. Its also becomes unbearable during bowel movement. What's wrong with me..?
