Hi m in my 9th week of pregnancy and from 1-2 days m experiencing slight pain in my left side of the stomach. subserosal fibroid of 3.3*4.2cm is already detected.

This pain is not due to fibroid .May be stretching pain with growth of baby or constipation . Consul to gynecologist and take medicine for this.
