Hi , My age is 28 and we are thinking of planning baby from next month so doctor advised us sonography. I have attached report here. Can you please have a look at it and let me know the analysis? Is it very serious issue? Is my fertile capacity very low? I am taking thyronorm 50mg tablet and udergoing pcod treatment.
