Abdominal sonography report

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi. I got my abdominal sonography done. I do not remember my LMP but feel it was 23rd of June. Is my sonography report normal for the number of weeks or is there some complication. Attaching it. The radiologist asked me to come after 2 weeks.
