Abdomen pain
My daughter is getting abdomen pain everyday evening to night.Did ultrasound,xray,urine and stool tests.1-2 pus cells range in stool was found and protein2+ in urine.please let us know what is the reason for daily evening stomach pain episodes. Using jr lanzol 30mg, laxopeg and cyclopam for SOS

As per your history and information, it could either due to gastritis or functional abdominal pain. For functional pain the pattern , triggers have to be seen and ruled out. As for gastritis although you are giving lanzol jr but if the child is consuming spicy fried foods and junk foods then the trigger needs to be avoided . And also history of constipation and response to medication needs to be known .

Hello These may be symptoms of functional abdominal pain where child things of pain but there is nothing as such .. So my point on this note is that try some distraction avoid constipation as it may mimic and high fibre diet
